Our ceremony and reception will be held at the Sandos Finisterra Resort, located in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

We encourage our guests to stay at the Sandos Finisterra Resort, which is where our ceremony and reception will be held. We have secured discounted rates with the resort, making it a cost effective option compared to other places in Cabo.

We understand that traveling to Mexico is not always the right choice for all of our guests. While we would be thrilled to celebrate with you on our big day, we will be hosting a local wedding reception in Minnesota on June 21, 2025.

For however long you'd like! We will be staying at the resort for a full week (June 11-17th, 2025) to get the most out of our stay and to celebrate with our guests as much as we can. You are welcome to stay for as little or as long as you'd like. We anticipate many guests to arrive on Friday, June 13 and depart on Monday or Tuesday. (Note: Our discounted rates with the resort require a 3 night minimum stay.)

Our travel coordinator has created a unique booking link for our guests. This link will be the most efficient way for you to book your stay using our discounted rates with the resort. You can find this link under the "Accommodations" tab on our site.

ASAP! We encourage our guests to book their resort stay and their flight as soon as they are able. The resort limits us on the amount and the type of rooms we can hold (both lower and higher price points), so we encourage our guests to book their preferred room style as soon as they can. (More info regarding the booking process on the "Accommodations" section of our website.)

Nope! Our resort is very flexible with payments for our guests, allowing you to pay over time. The resort requires a $150 deposit at the time of booking. After the room is secured, they request a payment of 2 nights per person by February 25, 2025. Then the remaining balance due on March 25, 2025.

No! Our resort is located just steps from downtown Cabo. The only transportation you'll need is to and from the airport, which can easily be done through a taxi or shuttle service. Our travel coordinator also provides an option for round trip airport transportation (you can add this as an option while booking your stay under the "Accommodations" tab ). Outside of airport transportation, the downtown area is walkable from our resort OR there are plenty of taxis available at a moments notice.

YES! You will need a passport to get to Mexico and back into the US. IMPORTANT: Your passport MUST be valid for at least 6 months AFTER the trip. So for this trip, your passport cannot expire anytime before December 17, 2025. If it is set to expire before this date, make sure you get it renewed asap as it sometimes can take a few months for a renewal.

We recommend flying into the Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). It is located about 30 minutes north of the resort, which plenty of airport transportation options.
